The hard part isn't starting. It's staying.

Three good weeks, then work goes mad — and the run you used to do without thinking feels impossible. Tuesday is built for exactly that moment. It scores your momentum — how consistently you're actually training — and when it dips, it hands you one small thing to get you moving again.

Running Swimming Cycling

Named after the session nobody claps for

The Tuesday home screen: a score of 52 rising 6 this week, a coach message, a sponsored Ridgeline 10K challenge nearby, a three-session rising streak, and the Thursday Club crew fixture.

Your momentum

One number that actually matters

You already have numbers. Pace, splits, elevation, a lifetime total that only ever creeps up. Plenty of data — none of it answering the question you actually have.

Tuesday answers it: are you getting fitter, and if you've been off, are you losing what you built? A few days off is recovery. A few weeks is something else. Your momentum score knows the difference.

01

Train

Run, swim or ride. Twenty easy minutes counts. Log it and it lands on your score the same day.

02

Watch it climb

Two sessions is a coincidence. Three is a streak. Four and it starts climbing on its own.

03

Beat your best

Your highest ever gets a date and a place attached to it — so it's a memory, not a statistic. Then you go and beat it.

Crews

Bring your people

Your run club, your Tuesday swim lot, the four of you who ride on Sundays. It counts sessions and streaks held, per member — so five people who always turn up will beat nine who sometimes do.

One fixture a week against another crew. Finish the season on top and you go up a division. Finish bottom and you go down.

Contributors only — who didn't train is never shown.

Challenges

Pitched at where you are right now

Not somebody else's training plan. A first 10K, a hundred kilometres across the month, a week where you simply turn up every day.

Some are out in the world. Any route you like — the line is just a suggestion. Finish the run and we'll sort the rest.

Sponsored challenges are marked. Everything here is a challenge.

Fair by design

No global table. Ever.

There's no point ranking you against an elite swimmer on the other side of the world. Leaderboards are scoped to your area, showing the people around your pace — so there's always someone catchable just ahead.

It's how you find your local rivals. Not elites you'll never meet — someone three streets away, out on the same Tuesday evening, training about as often as you are.

Seasons

Short seasons. Real endings.

Six crews in a division, one up and one down. Seasons are deliberately short, so there's always an ending in sight and never a stretch where the table stops mattering.

The Tuesday division table: Division 3 of the Ashford pyramid after six of ten fixtures, with Thursday Club second on 11 points, promotion and relegation lines marked, a season record of three won two drawn one lost, and the pyramid of divisions below.

Promotion and relegation, properly

Top of the table goes up. Bottom goes down. Everyone can see both lines from the first fixture, so there's no week where the table quietly stops mattering.

Above you there's a pyramid of divisions and clubs, so there's always somewhere further to climb — and a realistic next rung rather than an unreachable global number one.

Then it resets. A bad season is over quickly, everyone starts again, and what your crew earned stays earned.

You showed up three times this month. That counts. Your next session is the only one that matters.

— Your coach, on a flat week

The coach

The bit other apps get wrong

Miss a week elsewhere and you'll hear about it. Broken streak, empty chart, a notification asking where you've been. All it does is make coming back feel worse.

Tuesday goes quiet instead. No guilt, no rivals, no leaderboard, and nothing sponsored reaches you while you rebuild — just the coach, and one thing small enough that you'll actually do it.
