Your data
Delete your account
Tuesday · made by Active AI Ltd
You can leave whenever you want, without giving a reason, and take your data with you on the way out.
01In the app
- Open Tuesday and go to Settings.
- Tap Privacy, then Delete account.
- Confirm. You’ll be asked to re-enter your password.
- You’ll get a confirmation email when it’s done.
Want a copy first? Use Settings → Privacy → Export my data before you delete.
02By email
If you can’t get into the app, email holly@weareactiveai.com from the address on your account, subject “Delete my Tuesday account”.
We may ask a question or two to confirm it’s really you — not to make it difficult, but so nobody else can delete your account. We complete requests within 30 days and confirm by email.
03What gets deleted
| Data | What happens |
|---|---|
| Your account and profile | Deleted immediately on confirmation |
| Your recorded sessions | Deleted within 30 days |
| Your momentum score and related indicators | Deleted within 30 days |
| Your crew contributions | Removed from your profile. Completed fixtures already settled are not recalculated — see below |
| Marketing contact details | Removed, with a suppression record so we don’t email you again |
| Backups | Overwritten on our normal cycle, within 90 days |
04What we keep, and why
- Settled crew fixtures. Results your crew has already earned stay as they are, without your name attached. Rewriting them would change other people’s seasons.
- Anonymised and aggregated data. Where your activity has already contributed to aggregate statistics in a form that cannot identify you, it stays — it is no longer personal data.
- Records we must hold by law, such as for tax or to defend a legal claim. The minimum, for the minimum time.
05This can’t be undone
Deletion is permanent. We can’t restore your history, your score or your account afterwards, even if you sign up again later. Export first if you want to keep anything.
06You may not need to delete everything
Under Settings → Privacy you can withdraw consent for scoring, partner content, model improvement, local leaderboards or marketing separately, and keep your account. Full detail is in the Privacy Notice.
Unhappy with how we handle a request? You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
